STEPS

1. Client to provide the following:
   1. duly completed Incorporation Form; and
   2. copies of documents required as per our Compliance Due Diligence Requirements.
      We do not require documents to be certified at this stage.
2. Upon receipt of the documents, we will:
   1. conduct our internal compliance check;
   2. check availability of proposed name of the company and if it is available, reserve the name;
   3. prepare incorporation papers; and
   4. inform client of the total amount to pay us in advance.
3. Client can proceed to sign the incorporation papers and arrange for the documents as per our Due Diligence Requirements to be certified accordingly.
4. Client shall return all duly executed documents to us and pay our fees.
5. Upon receipt of the above and if all documents are in order, we will be ready to incorporate the company online.
